Abstract:

Tématem diplomové práce je mezigenerační učení v rodině z pohledu tří generací – dětí, rodičů, prarodičů. V teoretické části se nejprve zabývám rodinou jako institucí, v níž je mezigenerační učení zkoumáno, a současnými mezigeneračními vztahy v rodině na pozadí proměn rodiny, které jsou vnímány především jako omezení pro vzájemné působení jednotlivých generací. Druhá kapitola zasazuje mezigenerační učení v rodině do konceptu celoživotního učení, pojednává o učení a jeho druzích, o mezigeneračním učení obecně a v rámci vývojových etap. Je zde poukázáno na význam rodiny v jejím působení na jedince od dětství po stáří. Jádrem diplomové práce je empirická část, kde je popsán postup provedeného výzkumného šetření o mezigeneračním učení v rodině, a to ve vnímání tří generací: dítěte školního věku, jeho rodičů a prarodiče. Jako zvolený design výzkumu byla použita případová studie jedné třígenerační rodiny. Hlavní metodou sběru byly skupinový rozhovor s celou rodinou a individuální rozhovory. Výsledky výzkumného šetření popisují učení v rodině jako proces, do kterého se zapojují tři generace a který se odehrává na pozadí kultury rodiny.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with a topic of intergenerational learning in a family from the perspective of three generations – children, parents and grandparents. The theoretical part focuses on the family as an institution, in which intergenerational learning is examined, and intergenerational relations in the family on background of changes of family which are primarily perceived as a limitation for reciprocal intergenerational influence. The second chapter puts intergenerational family learning to the concept of a lifelong learning, deals with learning and its sorts as well as with intergenerational learning generally all within developmental stages. This is where the importance of family in its influence on an individual (from childhood to old age) is pointed out. The core of this thesis is the empirical part, where the process of research about intergenerational family learning is described from the perspective of three generations: child of school age, his parents and his grandparent. A case study of one three-generational family was chosen as the research design. The main method of data collection was the interview with the whole observed family together with individual interviews. Results of the research describe learning in the family as a process, in which three generations are involved and which is set on the background of family culture.
