Zameriavame sa na analýzu vládnych výdavkov v oblasti zamestnanosti na jej teoretické a legislatívne aspekty. Definujeme verejné výdavky z hľadiska ich štruktúry a členenia. Poukazujeme na dôležitosť programového rozpočtovania verejných výdavkov, ktorý umožňuje lepšie vidieť, na aké činnosti a služby sú používané verejné zdroje.
