Tato diplomová práce se zabývá dílem britské spisovatelky a filosofky Iris Murdochové (1919-1999) a cílem je ukázat, že v její tvorbě se vyskytují symboly a archetypy tak, jak je pojímal švýcarský psychoanalytik Carl Gustav Jung (1875 – 1961) a jeho následovníci. Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the work of a British writer and philosopher Iris Murdoch (1919-1999). The objective of the thesis is to show that symbols and archetypes are present in her work. The concept of archetypes is based on the approach of Carl Gustav Jung (1875-1961) and other Jungian psychoanalysts.
