Jak studenti hodnotí zahraniční stáže v programu Leonardo da Vinci

Abstract:

Leonardo da Vinci pojednává o významu tohoto projektu očima samotných žáků (absolventů). Zaměřuje se na to, jak žáci stáže prožívají, jak přispívají k rozvíjení jejich komunikativních dovedností a jaký je podle nich celkový přínos stáží. V dnešní době se klade velký důraz na aktivní výukové metody projekt Leonardo da Vinci napomáhá při vzdělávání např. formou řešení problémových situací, se kterými se žáci na stážích často setkávají. Není to pouze řešení problémů, které se týkají jejich profesní a odborné stránky, ale v mnoha případech musí řešit také problémy týkající se komunikace a vztahů mezi lidmi. Součástí práce bylo výzkumné šetření, ve kterém jsme hledali odpověď na otázku, do jaké míry je projekt Leonardo da Vinci přínosný pro samotné absolventy a co pozitivního jim stáže přinášejí popř. co na nich vidí jako problematické.

Abstract:

The bachelor work How do the students evaluate the trainee ships abroad in the Leonardo da Vinci programme is discussing the importance of this project from the pupils` (participants) point of view. The aim of this work is to show how the pupils live the intership, how it contributes to the improvement of their communication skills and what is the total benefit of the trainee ship. There is a big emphasis on the active teaching methods nowadays. The Leonardo da Vinci project is helping in this field for example the form of solving problem situations is often met by pupils at the intership. There aren`t only problem situations concerned with the proffesional or vocational aspect but there are also problems concerned with the communication and peoples` relationships. As the part of this work there was a research. In this research we were looking for the answers to the questions how is the project beneficial to the participants and what positive things are the interships providing them or what problems they have found.
