Abstract:
Práce se zabývá nejprve hrubým nástinem dějin obecní policie, přičemž se zaměřuje na její strukturu a organizaci od období středověku až dodnes. Dále poskytuje zjednodušené definice nadřazených pojmů z oblasti veřejné správy (obec, veřejná moc, veřejný pořádek atp.). The thesis first deals with a rough outline of the history of the municipal police, focusing on its structure and organization from the Middle Ages to the present. It also provides simplified definitions of superior concepts in the field of public administration (municipality, public authority, public order, etc.).
