This work deals with the patient with stroke. The theoretical part brings information about the causes of the stroke, clinical manifestations, diagnostics and treatment options. The practical part, case study, describes the importance of complex therapy with a focus on physiotherapy. Táto bakalárska práca sa snaží vysvetliť problematiku cievnej mozgovej príhody. Teoretická časť podáva informácie o príčinách vzniku, klinických prejavoch, diagnostických a liečebných možnostiach ochorenia. V špeciálnej časti zohráva najdôležitejšiu úlohu ucelená rehabilitácia, ktorej najvýznamnejšou zložkou je liečebná rehabilitácia. Tá zohráva kľúčovú úlohu v celkovom výsledku liečby.
