Předmětem diplomové práce „Stání podpora dopravy na železnici“ je vymezení fungování železniční dopravy a její právní regulace. Práce je strukturována na obecné části, které vysvětlují právní základ pojmů, jako je státní podpora a závazek veřejné služby, k čemuž je využito unijní i národní legislativy.
