Diplomová práce se zabývá překážkou res iudicata ve statusových věcech rodinných. Překážka věci rozsouzené je rozebírána jako negativní procesní podmínka v rámci institutu manželství, mateřství, otcovství a osvojení. The thesis deals with res iudicata in status family law issues. Res iudicata is analysed as a negative procedural condition within the institute of matrimony, maternity, paternity and adoption. Attention is paid to manifestation of this obstacle in connection with the final decision in status issues and the possibilities of its breaking.
