Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na provedení nezbytných analýz, na zásady a postupy v oblasti provozního účetnictví, zejména kalkulace výrobků dle vzoru firmy BAŤA, včetně systému řízení a jeho aplikace na firmu Akademie - Manager s.r.o., která se zabývá výrobou dětské zdravotní obuvi. Popsané návrhy na jejich řešení by měly vést k celkovému zlepšení finanční situace podniku.
Abstract:
The thesis focuses on nonresidual analysis, principals and processes in the area of operating accounting, especially on calculation of products of the BAŤA Company, including the system of operation and its application on the Akademie - Manager Company, which is engaged in manufacturing children´s medical shoes.
