Zadávací řízení u veřejných zakázek

Procedure for the award of public contracts
Abstract:
Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce bylo vytvoření přehledu průběhu otevřeného řízení při zadávání veřejných zakázek v rámci současné tuzemské pozitivněprávní úpravy. Práce je také zaměřena na prvky ochrany dodavatelů. Práce se věnuje i komunitární úpravě oblasti veřejných zakázek a připravované implementaci nové dohledové směrnice.
Abstract:
The main objective of this thesis was a creation of a summary of the open procedure process in the frame of public contracts on the background of Czech legal order. The thesis is concentrated to elements of suppliers protection too. The thesis deals with EC law and with a prepared implementation of the new control directive too.
