An Analysis of Insurance Conditions for the Insurance of Economic Risks

Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je popis pojistných podmínek pro pojištění hospodářských rizik, které se týkají majetkového pojištění podnikatelů. Cílem je upozornit na to, že by každá firma měla každoročně kontrolovat, zdali její pojistná smlouva je dostačující s ohledem k majetku firmy a splňuje předepsané parametry zabezpečení z pojistné smlouvy. Podnikatel by měl vědět, jak se postupuje při likvidaci pojistné události. Existují vypracované postupy likvidace, v nich jsou uvedeny tabulky, které zpřesňují typ zabezpečeného prostoru. Tabulky řeší rozdělení typu prostoru podle hmotného majetku. Výsledkem je zpřesnění minimálního stupně zabezpečení prvkem prostorové a plášťové ochrany. Počátky těchto parametrů jsou dány směrnicemi ČAP, které dříve pojišťovny používaly ve svých dokumentech pojištění. V dnešní době jsou prezentovány dodatkovými pojistnými podmínkami, které jsou součástí každé pojistné smlouvy. Bohužel nejsou lidmi moc vnímána jako důležitá část pojistné smlouvy a tím každý klient při jejím uzavírání není dostatečně poučen. V případě pojistné události na majetku, přesněji řečeno krádeži vloupání nebo vandalismem v objektu většinou nastávají různé problémy, a na ty chci právě poukázat.

Abstract:

The topic of the bachelor thesis is a description of insurance conditions for insurance of economic risks, which concern property insurance of entrepreneurs. The aim is to draw attention to the fact that every firm should check every year whether its insurance policy is sufficient in relation to the company's assets and meets the prescribed insurance policy parameters. The entrepreneur should know how to proceed with the settlement of the insured event. There are developed liquidation procedures, with tables that specify the type of secured space. The tables deal with the division of the space type by the tangible property. The result is the refinement of the minimum security level by the element of surround and shell protection. The origins of these parameters are given by the ČAP directives that insurance companies previously used in their insurance documents. Nowadays they are presented with the additional insurance conditions that are part of each insurance contract. Unfortunately, people are not much perceived as an important part of the insurance contract, and so every client is not sufficiently instructed when closing it. In the case of an insurance event on property, more precisely the burglary or vandalism in the building, usually there are various problems and I want to point out.
