Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou nakládání s veřejným majetkem obce Rozseč nad Kunštátem. Majetkové hospodaření bylo hodnoceno na základě provedené majetkové a finanční analýzy, která byla doplněna výsledky z dotazníkového šetření provedeného mezi místními občany a řízenými rozhovory se zástupci obce. This bachelor thesis deals with the management of public property of the municipality Rozseč nad Kunštátem. Property management was evaluated on the basis of a property and financial analysis, which was supplemented by the results of a questionnaire survey conducted among local citizens and interviews with representatives of the municipality.
