Abstract:

POSPĚCH, Rostislav. Klamavá reklama a její dopady na podnikatelskou sféru. Diplomová práce. Brno: Mendelova Univerzita v Brně, 2022. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá klamavou reklamou a jejím dopadům na podnikatelskou sféru. Vymezeno je širší pojetí pojmu reklama a následně také současně platná právní regulace, která je doplněna regulací mimoprávní, tedy etickou, spolu s evropským srovnáním. V návaznosti na to jsou analyzovány různé případy klamavé reklamy, přičemž je zvláštní pozornost věnována jejím dopadům na podnikatelskou sféru. Na základě zjištěných skutečností jsou závěrem navržena doporučení podnikatelským subjektům.

POSPĚCH, Rostislav. Deceptive advertising and its impact on the business sphere. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2022. This diploma thesis deals with deceptive advertising and its impact on the business sphere. A broader concept of the term advertising is defined, and subsequently also the currently valid legal regulation, which is supplemented by European comparison and non-legal/ethical regulation. Following this, various cases of deceptive advertising are analysed. Special attention is being paid to its effects on the business sector. Based on the findings, recommendations to business entities are given.
