Abstract:

Poruchy autistického spektra patří k nejzávaznějším poruchám mentálního vývoje dítěte. Jedná se o skupinu specifických odchylek, které se vyskytují u jedince s poruchou autistického spektra v různé míře a intenzitě. Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na jednu z poruch autistického spektra, konkrétně na Rettův syndrom. Popisuje hlavní symptomy, jeho příčinu a regresi. Následuje pohled na rodinu s dítětem, která se dozví diagnózu nevyléčitelné nemoci a popisuje fáze vyrovnání se s tímto zásahem do života. Praktická část je zaměřena na konkrétní případ Rettova syndromu a pozorování přechodu do systému předškolního vzdělávání.

Abstract:

Autism spectrum disorders are among the most serious disorders of the child's mental development. This is a group of specific deviations that occur in an individual with autism spectrum disorder of varying degrees and intensity. The bachelor thesis is focused on one of the disorders of the autistic spectrum, namely on Rett syndrome. It describes the main symptoms, its cause and regression. It brings a view of a family with a child who learns the diagnosis of an incurable disease and describes the stages of coping with this intervention in life. The practical part focuses on the specific case of Rett syndrome and the observation of transition to the system of pre-school education.
