Business plan for expanding family business activities
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na sestrojení podnikatelského plánu, který by měl zásadně pomoci Hotelu Dvorana v Karlových Varech rozvést své aktivity, aby se rozšířila jeho cílová skupina. Prací se snažím pomoci tomuto hotelu, aby byl konkurenceschopný a jedinečný. Zjistili jsme, kde Hotel zaostává a naopak jakých jeho výhod můžeme využít.
Abstract:
This Bachelor's thesis focuses on the construction of a business plan, which should fundamentally help the Hotel Dvorana in Karlovy Vary to expand its activities in order to expand its target group. I try to help this hotel to be competitive and unique. We found out where the Hotel lags are and what benefits we can take advantage of.
