Analýza výhodnosti čerpání hypotečních úvěrů pro malé firmy

Abstract:
Bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice hypotečních úvěrů pro malé firmy. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit současnou situaci na trhu s hypotečními úvěry, prostřednictvím metody komparace porovnat jejich vzájemnou výhodnost a doporučit podnikateli vhodný hypoteční úvěr, který odpovídá jeho požadavkům.
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis deals with the problems of mortgage loans for small businesses. The aim this thesis is to assess the current stiuation in the market for mortgage loans, through a method of comparison to compare their mutual benefit and recommend a suitable mortgage business, which meets its requirements.
