The subject of this diploma thesis is to explore the issue of risk of offenders, focusing primarily on the psychological aspects of the offender's personality, whether a person is born as a criminal or gradually becomes one. Predmetom diplomovej práce je preskúmať problematiku rizikovosti páchateľov, pričom primárne sa zameriavam na psychologické aspekty osobnosti páchateľa, na to, či sa človek už ako zločinec narodí alebo sa ním postupne stáva. Aké faktory môžu najviac ovplyvniť jedinca k tomu, aby sa dopustil trestného činu a bol pre spoločnosť nebezpečný a označovaný za rizikového. V praktickej časti poukazujem na reálne …more
