Abstract:

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je problematika zklidňování dopravy na pozemních komunikacích ve městě Soběslav. Konkrétně se jedná o průsečnou křižovatku v intravilánu, která patří v tomto městě asi k nejrizikovějším. Komparací výsledků Celostátního sčítání dopravy 2016 s výsledky vlastního dopravního průzkumu bylo zjištěno, že se intenzita dopravy ve směru Českých Budějovic v letech 2016 až 2020 téměř nezměnila a je konzistentní. Ve stejném období došlo ve směru na Tábor k výraznějšímu poklesu intenzity dopravy. Směr na centrum byl jediným, ve kterém došlo k určitému zvýšení intenzity dopravy. Dále bylo pomocí analýzy nehodovosti prokázáno, že se jedná o křižovatku s vysokým počtem dopravních nehod. Touto analýzou bylo také zjištěno, že k nejčastějším dopravním nehodám a nebezpečným situacím dochází na silnici II/135 (směr z centra) a na přechodu pro chodce v ulici Obchodní. Pro tato místa křižovatky byla následně navržena nápravná opatření ve formě dopravního značení a drobných stavebních úprav.

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the issue of traffic calming on roads in the town of Soběslav. Specifically, it is an intersection in the city, which is probably one of the most risky in this city. By comparing the results of the 2016 National Traffic Census with the results of our own traffic survey, it was found that the intensity of traffic in the direction of České Budějovice in the direction of České Budějovice in the years 2016 to 2020 was almost unchanged and consistent. In the same period, there was a more significant decrease in traffic intensity in the direction of Tábor. The direction to the center was the only one in which there was a certain increase in traffic intensity. Furthermore, accident analysis has shown that it is a crossroads with a high number of accidents. This analysis also revealed that the most frequent traffic accidents and dangerous situations occur on road II/135 (direction from the center) and at the pedestrian crossing in Obchodní Street. Corrective measures in the form of traffic signs and minor construction modifications were subsequently proposed for these intersection sites.
