Abstract:

Bakalářská práce „Hodnotový systém jedince – jeho utváření, zdroje a předávání“ pojednává v teoretické části o hodnotách a jejich souvislostech z různých úhlů pohledů jednotlivých vědních disciplín s důrazem na pohled filosofický a psychologický, ale také sociologický a pedagogický. Shrnuje společné body vnímání hodnot jak v rámci jednotlivých pohledů, tak i mezi nimi. Vyjadřuje se k možnostem jejich vzniku a účelu. Tématika hodnot je často diskutována a objevuje se v různých hloubkách a souvislostech u mnoha autorů, výzkumů na toto téma lze ovšem nalézt relativně málo. V praktické části jsou uvedeny výsledky kvalitativního výzkumu vedeného formou hloubkových rozhovorů vyhodnocených fenomenologickou analýzou (IPA). Byly pro něj využity vstupy z kvantitativního předvýzkumu formou detailního dotazníku, který v sobě zahrnuje také Rokeachovu škálu cílových a instrumentálních hodnot. Výzkum je zaměřen na prozkoumání zkušenosti respondentů s utvářením hodnot a jejich souvislostí, a také na prozkoumání některých teoretických předpokladů o hodnotách vzhledem k jejich původu, vývoji, jak jsou vědomé či nevědomé, funkcím, možnostech změny, předávání a vzájemného působení ve vztahu jedinec - společnost. Důraz je věnován vztahu vzdělání a hodnot, a také vztahu vnímání původu hodnot a jejich utváření.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis "Value system of an individual - its formation, sources and transmission" deals in the theoretical part with values and their context from different perspectives of particular scientific disciplines with emphasis on philosophical and psychological, but also sociological and pedagogical. It summarizes the common points of perception of values both within particular views and between them. It comments on the possibilities of their origin and purpose. The topic of values is often discussed and appears in various depths and contexts in many authors, but there is little research on this topic. The practical part presents the results of qualitative research conducted in the form of in-depth interviews evaluated by phenomenological analysis (IPA). Inputs from quantitative preliminary research were used for it in the form of a detailed questionnaire, which also includes Rokeach Value Survey. The research is aimed at examining the respondents' experience with the formation of values and their context, as well as examining some theoretical assumptions about values with respect to their origin, development, whether they are conscious or unconscious, functions, possibilities of change, transmission and interaction in the relationship individual - society. Emphasis is placed on the relationship between education and values, as well as the relationship between the perception of the origin of values and their formation.
