Selected aspects of active aging policies focusing on the unemployed over 50 years

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou stárnoucí pracovní síly ve vybraných oblastech sociální politiky a v souvislosti s konceptem aktivního stárnutí mapuje možnosti starších nezaměstnaných v těchto oblastech. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty poznatky o stárnutí. Je podán přehled o pojetí a principech aktivního stárnutí. Vybranými okruhy sociální politiky jsou sociální zabezpečení v důchodové oblasti, sociální služby a trh práce. Obsáhleji jsou popsány konstrukty trhu práce, politiky zaměstnanosti a vzdělávací politiky, které jsou primárním okruhem vztahujícím se k politice aktivního stárnutí u sledované cílové skupiny, kterou jsou nezaměstnaní starší padesáti let. Výzkumné šetření zkoumá, jak percipují starší nezaměstnaní své postavení a uplatnění na trhu práce, podrobně je šetřeno využívání nástrojů a opatření aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti a zájem o další vzdělávání u této cílové skupiny.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the issue of aging of labour force in selected areas of social policy and in connection with the concept of active aging are mapped options of older unemployed people in these areas. The theoretical part summarizes the findings on aging. An overview of the concepts and principles of active aging is given. Selected areas of social policy are social security in the pensions area, social services and the labour market. More fully described are constructs of labour market, employment policy and education policy, which are the primary circuit related to the policy of active aging in the monitored target group, who are unemployed people older than fifty years. The research explores how older unemployed people perceive their status and position in the labour market, is surveyed in detail the use of tools and measures of active employment policy and interest in further education for this target group.
