Alternative Channels of Banking Services
Abstract:
Cílem této práce je zmapování současného stavu elektronického bankovnictví v České republice. Kapitoly obsahují definici produktů elektronického bankovnictví, srovnání mezi vybranými bankami a zhodnocení jejich nabídky. Podstatná část práce se věnuje trendům v oblasti telefonního, mobilního bankovnictví a služeb na bankomatech.
Abstract:
The aim of this work is mapping the current state of electronic banking in the Czech Republic. Chapters include the product definition of e-banking, the comparison between the selected banks and evaluate their bids. A significant part of the work devote to trends in the field of phonebanking, GSM banking and ATMs.
