Hlavním cílem této práce je hledání proporcionality mezi ochranou práva vlastnického a ochranou kulturního dědictví v českém právním řádu. Práce se nejprve zabývá teoretickými základy obou institutů, tj. jak vlastnictví, tak kulturního dědictví, a to včetně vývoje jejich chápání v historii a platné právní úpravy. The main goal of this diploma thesis is to search for and describe appropriate ways how to regulate the relationship among private owners of cultural objects and a public authority, which supervises the custody of a cultural property.
