Suspension cultivation of the MDBK cell line and production of IBR (bovine rhinotracheida) virus in a bioreactor
Abstract:
The work deals with the adaptation of adherent MDBK (Madin Darby Bovine Kidney) cells to suspension. This is a necessary step for cell expansion when the cell culture is not limited by the vessel area. The cells that are cultured serve as a host for virus production. Práce se zabývá adaptováním adherentních MDBK (Madin Darby Bovine Kidney) buněk na suspenzní. Je to nutný krok pro expanzi buněk, kdy buněčná kultura není omezena plochou nádoby. Buňky, které se kultivovaly, slouží jako hostitel pro produkci viru. Testovala se infekční dávka viru BHV-1 (Bovine herpesvirus-1) pro nejvyšší počet virových částic infikované kultury.
