Cieľom mojej bakalárskej práce je priblížiť problematiku rodinného práva, poznatky ohľadom práv a povinností manželov, ohľadom manželstva a všetkého čo s ním súvisí od vzniku až po zánik, doplnené literatúrou, ustanoveniami, vyhláškami a paragrafmi uvedenými v závere práce.
