Práce se zabývá vymezením obsahu kybernetické obrany a návrhem jejího právního rámce. Dále je řešena problematika aktivních operací a použití síly v kybernetickém prostoru z pohledu práva. V práci jsou popsány požadavky na nutné schopnosti kybernetické obrany a možnosti jejich řešení. The thesis deals with the definition of the content of cyber defense and the proposal of its legal framework. Furthermore, the issue of active operations and the use of force in cyberspace from the perspective of law is addressed.
