Byznys plán welness hotelu v Karnatace, Indie

Abstract:

Cílem této práce je popsat vývoj luxusního hotelového wellness resortu s obchodním jménem Shaila, který se nachází v Hodake, Karnataka, Indie. Plán je rozdělen na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část obsahuje přehled hotelového průmyslu a segmentace trhu, analyzuje podnikatelské prostředí a vysvětluje typy analýz použitých v plánu. Praktická část aplikuje teoretické koncepty v praxi a obsahuje shrnutí, popis společnosti, analýzu odvětví a trhu, marketingový mix, provozní plán, strukturu a tým společnosti a finanční analýzu. Analýza trhu vychází ze sekundárních zdrojů dat, která naznačují vysokou poptávku po luxusní a ekologické turistice mezi domácími i zahraničními cestovateli v Indii. SWOT analýza hodnotí silné a slabé stránky, příležitosti a hrozby hotelu. Tři scénáře zahrnuté do finanční analýzy ukazují, že hotel je rentabilní a ziskový.

Abstract:

This thesis aims to describe the development of a luxury hotel resort spa named Shaila, located in Hodake, Karnataka, India. The plan is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part provides an overview of the hotel industry and market segmentation, analyses the business environment, and explains the types of analyses used in the plan. The practical part applies the theoretical concepts in practice, covering the executive summary, company profile, industry and market analysis, marketing mix, operational plan, company structure and team, and financial analysis. The market analysis is based on secondary data sources, which suggest high demand for luxury and eco-tourism among domestic and foreign travellers in India. A SWOT analysis assesses the hotel's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The three scenarios in the financial analysis demonstrate that the hotel is both viable and profitable.
