Abstract:

Obsahem práce je shrnutí poznatků o problematice regionálního a venkovského rozvoje a vytvoření strategického rozvojového plánu pro obec Kytín. Na základě socio-ekonomické analýzy, SWOT analýzy a dotazníkového šetření mezi občany byly stano-veny priority rozvoje obce a strategické cíle, na jejichž základě se určily konkrétní roz-vojové aktivity, jejichž prioritou jsou zájmy občanů a jejich společenský život, jsou v souladu s hodnotami obce a se zásadami udržitelného rozvoje. I přesto že je Kytín malá obec, má velký potenciál rozvoje a má možnost realizovat mnoho rozvojových aktivit.

Abstract:

The content of the thesis is a summary of the knowledge of regional and rural devel-opment issues and the creation of a strategic development plan for the municipality Kytín. On the basis of socio-economic analysis, SWOT analysis and questionnaire survey among citizens, were set priorities for community development and strategic goals, on the basis of which were determined the specific development activities. Their priorities are the interests of citizens and their social life, and they are in line with the values of the community and the principles of sustainable development. Despite the fact that Kytin is a small village, it has great potential for development and has the opportunity to realize many development activities.
