Children and parents´ separation

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je věnována problematice rozvodu nebo rozchodu rodičů a jeho vlivu na zdravý psychický vývoj dětí. K danému tématu byly získány poznatky studiem odborné literatury. Cílem práce je popsat rozpad rodiny jako aspekt, negativně působící na psychiku dětí. Pro praktické dokreslení situace budou v praktické části práce využity kazuistiky z oddělení sociálně ? právní ochrany dětí. Teoretická část práce je věnována definování pojmu rodina, jejímu historickému vývoji, typům a funkcím. Dále se pak práce týká rozchodu rodičů a následné úpravě práv a povinností rodičů k nezletilým dětem, jak je tato problematika definována naším právním řádem. Závěr teoretické části práce věnuji konkrétním dopadům rozchodu rodičů na psychický stav dětí, chováním jak rodičů, tak také dětí v důsledku rozpadu rodiny. V praktické části práce jsem pro přiblížení dané tématiky využila vylíčení konkrétních případů dopadu rozchodu rodičů na psychický stav dětí formu kazuistické metody.

Abstract:

The thesis is devoted to the issue of divorce or split-up of parents and its impact on the healthy mental development of children. In the thesis there are knowledge taken from special literature. The aim of the thesis is to describe a family breakdown as an aspect which negatively effects the mental state children. In the practical part I used casuistic from department social-legal care of children. The theoretical part is devoted to defining the concept of a family, its historical development, types and its functions. Further part concerns parents´ separation and subsequent modification of rights and duties of parents to children and how is an issues defined in our legal system. The conclusion of the theoretical part deals with specific effects of parents´ separation on children`s mental state and with behaviour of parents as well as children as a result of a family breakdown. In the practical part I used a casuistic method to describe specific cases of parents? separation and its influence on mental state of children.
