Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na internetové poradenství v sociální práci. Cílem bakalářské práce je popsat internetové poradenství jako legitimní nástroj sociální práce. Teoretická část začíná představením internetového poradenství, dále se v teoretické části zabývám výhodami a nevýhodami internetového poradenství a poslední kapitolou teoretické části je využití internetového poradenství v sociální práci. Praktická část se zaměřuje na návrh kvantitativního výzkumu, který má zjistit, jak jsou studenti sociální práce na ostravské univerzitě informovaní o internetovém poradenství v sociální práci. Cílem mé aplikační části práce je navrhnout kvantitativní výzkum, který má zjistit, jak jsou studenti sociální práce na ostravské univerzitě informovaní o internetovém poradenství v sociální práci. K naplnění cíle jsem zvolila metodu dotazníkového šetření. Práce by mohla být využita jako podklad do budoucna pro realizaci kvantitativního výzkumu.

Abstract:

Bachelor ?s thesis is focused on internet counseling in social work. The aim of this thesis is to describe internet counseling as a legitimate tool of social work. The theoretical part begins with the introduction of internet counseling, in the theoretical part I deal with the advantages and disadvantages of internet counseling and the last chapter of the theoretical part is the use of internet counseling in social work. The practical part focuses on the design of quantitative research to find out how the students of social work at the University of Ostrava are informed about internet counseling in social work. The aim of my application part of the thesis is to propose a quantitative research to find out how students of social work at the University of Ostrava are informed about internet counseling in social work. To achieve this goal, I chose a questionnaire survey method. The work could be used as a basis for the future for the implementation of quantitative research.
