Designated Military Police authorities in criminal proceedings
Abstract:
Rigorózní práce se věnuje historii, organizaci a působnosti Vojenské policie podle aktuální právní úpravy, jako specifické policejní složky v podřízenosti Ministerstva obrany České republiky. Dále je zaměřena na vybranou problematiku přípravného řízení trestního v podmínkách pověřených orgánů VP, tedy policejního orgánu s omezenou působností.
Abstract:
Rigorous work is devoted to the history, organisation and remit of the Military Police under current legislation, as a specific police force under the authority of the Ministry of Defence of the Czech Republic. It also focuses on the selected issue of pre-trial criminal proceedings in the terms and conditions of the designated MP authorities, a police authority with limited remit.
