Cílem bakalářské práce je popularizace lidového tance. Práce je teoretickým podkladem k souboru lekcí, které v sobě spojují prvky aerobního cvičení a lidového tance. V práci je charakterizováno aerobní cvičení společně se zásadami jeho příznivého působení na organismus s následným zaměřením na lidový tanec, jeho základní principy a techniku. The aim of the bachelor thesis is the popularization of folklore dances. This thesis is a theoretical basis for a set of lessons, which combine elements of aerobic exercises and folklore dances. The work characterizes an aerobic workout, together with principles for its beneficial effects on the body, next the work focuses on folklore dances, their basics and techniques.
