Inspection of social services provision as an instrument for quality control of social services provided in the Czech Republic
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se tematicky zabývá kontrolou kvality sociálních služeb prostřednictvím realizace inspekcí poskytování sociálních služeb. Cílem práce je analýza vnímání efektivnosti současného nastavení systému inspekcí poskytování sociálních služeb z perspektivy inspektorů sociálních služeb a analýza faktorů, které mají z pohledu inspektorů sociálních služeb vliv na realizaci těchto inspekcí.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the quality control of social services through the realization of inspections of social services provision. The aim of the thesis is to analyze perception of the effectiveness of the current system of inspection of social services provision from the social services inspectors' point of view and to analyze factors that influence realization of these inspections.
