Case management in the care of people with addictive behavior from the perspective of professionals of addictology ambulance

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá tématem case managementu v Adiktologické ambulanci DRUG-OUT Klub, z.s.. Case management, jakožto spolupráce několika odborníků na jednom případu, byl do drogových služeb v rámci Evropského projektu zaveden v říjnu roku 2020, a to konkrétně v Ústí nad Labem (DRUG-OUT Klub, z.s.), Plzni (Spolek Ulice Plzeň) a Praze (CEPSYMED). První část práce je věnována definicím klíčových témat této práce. Druhá část obsahuje výzkum, který byl proveden kvalitativní metodou technikou polostrukturovaného rozhovoru. Výzkum byl realizován v organizaci DRUG-OUT Klub, z.s. s šesti respondenty, a to čtyřmi sociálními pracovníky a dvěma adiktology. Součástí práce je příloha přepsaných rozhovorů.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the topic of case management in the outpatient treatment of addiction DRUG-OUT Klub,z.s.. Case Management, as a cooperation of several experts on one case, was introduced into drug services within the European project in October 2020, specifically in Ústí nad Labem (DRUG-OUT Klub, z.s.), Pilsen (Spolek Ulice Plzeň) and Prague (CEPSYMED). The first part of the work is devoted to the definitions of key topics of this work. The second part contains research, which was carried out using a qualitative method of semi-structured interview. The research was carried out in the organization DRUG-OUT Klub, z.s. with six respondents, four social workers and two addictologists. Part of the work is an appendix to the rewritten interviews.
