Developing a plan for establishing a non-profit organization

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce řeší problematiku založeni neziskové organizace. Cílem práce je sestavit plán na založení neziskové organizace „Kulturně umělecké rozvojové centrum ArtSpace“. Funkci této organizaci bude rozvíjení emoční a duševní stability společnosti, prostřednictvím lidské kreativity a různých druhů arteterapie. Teoretická část práce je zaměřená na výklad popisující klasifikaci neziskových organizací, právní úpravy, zásady účetnictví, fundraisingu a finančního řízení. Dále teoretická část charakterizuje zásady provozu organizace, managementu lidských zdrojů a marketingu. Praktická část zpracovává plán založení organizace, definuje její činnosti a poslaní, popisuje provoz a následně vystihuje strategii akčního plánu a finančních rozpočtů organizace.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis addresses the issue of establishing a non-profit organization. The aim of the work is to compile a plan for an establishment of a non-profit organization "The Cultural and Artistic Development Center ArtSpace". The function of the organization is to develop the emotional and mental stability of society through human creativity and various types of art therapy. The theoretical part of the work is focused on the interpretation describing the classification of non-profit organizations, legislation, accounting principles, fundraising, and financial management. Furthermore, the theoretical part characterizes the principles of service, human resource management, and marketing. The practical part elaborates the plan for the establishment of the organization, defines its activities and mission, describes the operation, and then describes the strategy of the action plan and financial budgets of the organization.
