Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena do tří částí. Cílem první teoretické části je popsat základy tržního přístupu jakožto oceňovací metody. This bachelor thesis is separated into three parts. The goal of the first theoretical part is to describe the basics of the market approach as a valuation method.
