Motivation system of a company

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá motivačním systémem daného podniku. K tomu, aby byla společnost efektivní a dlouhodobě prosperující, je zapotřebí mít stále motivované a spokojené zaměstnance. Cílem této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení motivačního sytému z pohledu zaměstnanců v daném podniku a následné vypracování návrhu pro zlepšení motivačního systému s důrazem na zvýšení pracovní spokojenosti a pracovní výkonnosti zaměstnanců. Teoretická část se věnuje tématu motivace. Jsou zde popsány pojmy stimulační prostředky, pracovní spokojenost, pracovní výkonnost, benefity a motivační systém podniku. Pojednává se zde o jejich významu, využití a vzájemné závislosti. V praktické části je představen vybraný podnik a jeho motivační systém. Následně pomocí dotazníkového šetření je vyhodnoceno vnímání motivačního systému zaměstnanci vybraného podniku. Byly zjištěny benefity žádané samotnými zaměstnanci na pozici operátor výroby. Byly také zjištěny nedostatky v aktuálním motivačním systému a prostředí podniku jako špatné pracovní vztahy mezi nadřízenými a podřízenými pracovníky a špatný tok informací k operátorům ve výrobě. V závěru práce jsou navrženy nové stimulační prostředky a benefity mezi které patří zavedení stravenek, bezúročné firemní půjčky, bonusová dovolená, školení vedoucích zaměstnanců a informovanost zaměstnanců. Tyto návrhy by měly vést ke zlepšení motivačního systému vybraného podniku za účelem zvýšení pracovní spokojenosti a pracovní výkonnosti zaměstnanců.

Abstract:

This work deals with the motivational system of the company. In order for a company to be efficient and prosperous in the long run, it is necessary to have always motivated and satisfied employees. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to evaluate the motivational system from the perspective of employees in the company and the subsequent development of a proposal to improve the motivational system with an emphasis on increasing job satisfaction and employee performance. The theoretical part deals with the topic of motivation. It describes the concepts of stimulants, job satisfaction, job performance, benefits and the company's motivation system. It discusses their importance, use and interdependence. The practical part introduces the selected company and its motivation system. Subsequently, the perception of the motivation system by the employees of the selected company is evaluated using a questionnaire survey. The benefits requested by the employees themselves for the position of production operator were identified. Weaknesses in the current motivation system and company environment were also identified, such as poor working relationships between superiors and subordinates and poor flow of information to production operators. At the end of the work, new stimulus means and benefits are proposed, which include the introduction of meal vouchers, interest-free company loans, bonus vacation, management training and employee awareness. These proposals should lead to the improvement of the motivation system of the selected company in order to increase the job satisfaction and work performance of employees.
