Benchmarking of Selected Cost Indicators of Higher Territorial Administrative Units and Project Proposal for Their Reduction
Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je definovat základní pojmy a legislativu vztahující se k územní samosprávě. Následně formou benchmarkingu analyzovat vybrané indikátory hospodaření vyšších územně samosprávných celků. Na základě analýzy navrhnout projekt s cílem snížit náklady krajského úřadu ve vybrané oblasti.
Abstract:
The aim of the diploma thesis is to define the basic terms and legislation relating to the local government. Subsequently, through benchmarking analyze selected indicators of the higher territorial self-governing unit. On the basis of the analysis design a project to reduce the cost of the regional office in the selected area.
