Chicane at School

Abstract:

Cílem mé práce je definovat šikanu, popsat chování účastníků šikany a konkretizovat její následky. Následně pomocí dotazníku zjistit názory školní mládeže na šikanu. V první části mé práce se zabývám šikanou jako specifickým jevem a jejími konkrétními fázemi. Snažím se charakterizovat původce šikany (agresory) a jejich oběti. Dále se zabývám následky šikany, tzn. jaký vliv má šikana na další život oběti a také vyšetřováním šikany a trestní postižitelností agresorů. Stručně se pokusím nastínit úlohu školy při prevenci šikany a dotknu se úlohy učitelů při této prevenci. Podívám se na některé preventivní programy a jejich cíle. V poslední části své práce jsem se zaměřila na konkrétní školu a pokusila jsem se pomocí dotazníkové akce zjistit názory dnešních školáků na II. stupni základní školy na šikanu . Mé otázky se týkaly jednak šikany všeobecně, dále zda se někdo ze školáků osobně setkal se šikanou a jaké měl u toho prožitky, ale také mne zajímaly konkrétní názory školáků.

Abstract:

The purpose of my graduate thesis is to define chicane, describe the behaviour of all parts participating in the chicane process and its effect . Additionally the results of a survey of a survey of teen-agers regarding chicane will be revealed. The first part of my graduate thesis presents chicane as a specific phenomenon and its corresponding stages. The chicane aggressors and their victims are specified. The chicane long-term effects are detailed, in particular the impact on the chicane victim‘s life, the chicane investigation and the criminal prosecution of the aggressors. The role of the primary school and its teachers in chicane prevention is briefly outlined. The preventitive programmes and its goals are introduced. The last part of my graduate thesis is focused on a particular primary school and presents the results of a chicane questionnaire wich was given to current students attending the second level of primary schoul. The questionnare consisted of questions related to chicane in general, questions related to individual experience with chicane and questions related to their specific opinion.
