Abstract:

Cílem práce je popsat vliv poplatků na výnosnost investice do fondů kolektivního investování. Teoretická část se nejprve zaměřuje na obecnou charakteristiku investičních nástrojů a finančního trhu. Druhá kapitola popisuje dělení investičních nástrojů dle zákona o podnikání na kapitálových trzích. Následující kapitola je zaměřena na poplatky typicky spojené s investováním do fondů kolektivního investování. Poslední kapitola teoretické části popisuje dva základní typy úročení a vymezuje rozdíl mezi nimi. Praktická část nejprve uvádí obecně platné zákonitosti vlivu jednorázového a průběžného poplatku na investici a zároveň popisuje jejich vztah. Tyto obecně platné principy jsou doplněny o reálné příklady investic na základě zkušeností autora této diplomové práce. Závěr práce shrnuje získané poznatky do uceleného přehledu a zdůrazňuje důležitost vlivu každého poplatku na výnosnost dlouhodobé investice.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to describe the effect of fees on the return on investment in collective investment funds. The theoretical part first focuses on the general characteristics of investment instruments and the financial market. The second section describes the division of investment instruments according to the Capital Markets Business Act. The following chapter focuses on the fees typically associated with investing in collective investment funds. The last chapter of the theoretical part describes the two basic types of interest and defines the difference between them. The practical part first presents the general patterns of the impact of one-off and ongoing charges on the investment and describes their relationship. These generally applicable principles are supplemented by real investment examples based on the experience of the author of this thesis. The thesis concludes by summarizing the findings into a comprehensive overview and emphasizes the importance of the impact of each fee on the return of a long-term investment.
