Abstract:
Cílem práce je analýza vlivu vybraných faktorů na hypoteční trh v Česku a na Slovensku. Analýza byla provedena pomocí sestavení regresních lineárních modelů. Z analýzy vyplývá, že největší vliv na český hypoteční trh má úroková sazba, ceny nemovitostí a nezaměstnanost. Na slovenský trh má vliv úroková sazba a ceny nemovitostí. This work aims to analyze the influence of selected factors on the mortgage market in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The analysis was performed by constructing regression linear models. The analysis shows that interest rates, real estate prices, and unemployment have the t have the most significant impact on the Czech market.
