Cílem této bakalářské práce je u šesti dotazovaných územních samosprávných celků vyčíslit výši celkových administrativních nákladů zadávání veřejných zakázek v roce 2013, specifikovat důvody vzniku těchto nákladů a navrhnout doporučení vedoucí k jejich snížení.
