Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na aplikaci Ramanovy spektroskopie k identifikaci a kvantifikaci fotosyntetických pigmentů v čaji Matcha. Ramanova spektroskopie nabízí výhodu rychlé nedestruktivní analýzy, která umožňuje identifikaci molekul na základě jejich charakteristických vibrací. Abstract:
This diploma thesis focuses on the application of Raman spectroscopy for the identification and quantification of photosynthetic pigments in Matcha tea. Raman spectroscopy offers the advantage of rapid non-destructive analysis, which allows for the identification of molecules based on their characteristic vibrations.
