Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce „Sdružování podniků jako nástroj zvyšování konkurenceschopnosti“ je analýza sdružování podniků na vybraném konkrétním případu sdružení výrobců těstovin. První část práce uvádí základní teoretické principy a východiska pro sdružování podniků a dále pak uvádí metody zkoumání výsledků sdružení prostřednictvím finanční analýzy. V druhé části na příkladu společnosti EUROPASTA SE analyzuji provedené sdružení společností charakteru koncentrace při přechodu z formy holdingového uspořádání na trust. V závěrečné části je hodnocen přínos sdružování podniku, tj. zda byly naplněny cíle, které si společnost pro sdružování stanovila.

Abstract:

The goal of the submitted thesis: “Associating of the enterprises as an instrument of increasing of the competitiveness” is to analyze associating of the enterprises on specific chosen example of associating of pasta producers. The first part introduces basic theoretical principles and bases for the sector of enterprise associating and furthermore mentions methods of measuring results of the association with financial analysis. In the second part I analyze association of EUROPASTA SE and their transformation from holding to trust. In the last part I measure the income of the association, which is whether the goals, that had been set, have been achieved.
