Mezoprostředí a makroprostředí podniků působících ve stavebnictví

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku externího podnikového prostředí, resp. mezoprostředí a obecného makroprostředí. Pro hodnocení nejbližšího podnikového okolí (odvětví stavebnictví) a obecného makroprostředí bylo využito Porterova modelu pěti konkurenčních sil, analýzy konkurentů a PESTLE analýzy. S využitím uvedených metod byly analyzovány vybrané faktory externího prostředí mající největší vliv na podniky působící v odvětví stavebnictví. Prostřednictvím jmenovaných analýz bylo zjištěno, že větších stavebních společností na trhu nepřibývá, konkurencí zůstávají tradiční koncernové firmy, které ve větší míře nabízí zákazníkům stejné podmínky jako konkurenční firmy. Ve stavebnictví je vysoká síla zákazníků, dodavatelů a stávající konkurence. Z makrookolí v současné době stavební odvětví nejvíce ovlivňují ekonomické faktory, zvyšující se inflace se projevuje menším počtem soukromých zakázek, zvyšujícími se cenami stavebního materiálu a nedostatkem pracovníků. Své významné zastoupení zde má i oblast technologická zejména s ohledem na neustále se zrychlující vývoj a trendy ve stavebním odvětví. Částečně ovlivňují výstavbu i faktory ekologické, především zvyšující se požadavky na nízkou energetickou náročnost staveb, které ovlivňují výběr materiálů i volbu konstrukce samotného domu.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of external business environment, respectively. intermediate environment and general macro environment. Porter's model of five competitive forces, competitor analysis and PESTLE analysis were used to evaluate the nearest business environment (construction industry) and the general macro environment. Using the above methods, selected factors of the external environment having the greatest impact on companies operating in the construction sector will be analyzed. Through the above analyzes, it was found that the number of larger construction companies in the market is not increasing, the competition remains traditional group companies, which to a greater extent offer customers the same conditions as competing companies. There is a high strength of customers, suppliers and existing competitors in the construction industry. Of the macro-environments, the construction sector is currently most affected by economic factors, rising inflation is reflected in fewer private contracts, rising prices for construction materials and a shortage of workers. The technological area also has a significant presence here, especially with regard to the constantly accelerating development and trends in the construction sector. The construction is partly influenced by environmental factors, especially the increasing requirements for low energy intensity of buildings, which affect the choice of materials and the choice of construction of the house itself.
