Integration of outdoor activities into soft skills related courses for managers
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím aktivit v přírodě se zaměřením na soft skills. Cílem této práce je přispět do problematiky manažerských kurzů v přírodě vytvořením realizovatelných programů kurzů se zaměřením na vybrané soft skills. Na základě těchto kurzů lze po snadné výměně aktivit vytvořit další soft skills kurzy v přírodě.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with integration of outdoor activities into soft skills related courses for managers. The goals of the thesis are to adress the issue of outdoor management training by creating four soft skills courses prepared to be realized and a to help with creating other soft skills courses.
