Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou možného výskytu syndromu vyhoření u pracovníků v sociálních službách v zařízeních pro děti vyžadující okamžitou pomoc (ZDVOP). Jejím cílem je popsat a analyzovat jak se na svoji profesi a systém péče ve ZDVOP dívají pracovníci v přímé péči. The diploma thesis deals with the issue of possible incidence of burnout syndrome in workers in social service at facilities for children and youth requiring immediate help (ZDVOP). The goal is to describe and analyze the worker's view at their job and the care system in the facility.
