Individual action plan and its importance in employee activation process

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem Individuální akční plán a jeho význam v procesu aktivace nezaměstnaných. Cílem práce je zjistit, jak zprostředkovatelky na úseku zaměstnanosti Úřadů práce v Moravskoslezském kraji interpretují význam individuálního akčního plánu v procesu aktivace nezaměstnaných. V teoretické části diplomové práce je popsaná problematika aktivačních strategií včetně problematiky individuálního akčního plánu. Výzkumná část diplomové práce je realizovaná pomocí kvalitativní výzkumné strategie prostřednictvím polostrukturovaných rozhovorů.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the topic of the Individual Action Plan and its importance in the process of activating the unemployed. The aim of the thesis is to find out how intermediaries at the Department of Employment of the Labour Offices in the Moravian-Silesian Region interpret the importance of the individual action plan in the process of activating the unemployed. The theoretical part of the present thesis describes the issue of activation strategies including the problems of an individual action plan. The research part of the present thesis was conducted by applying a qualitative research strategy through semi-structured interviews.
