Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá řízením nákladů ve vybrané společnosti. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části: teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část obsahuje definice základních pojmů, klasifikace a srovnání v oblastech účetnictví, nákladů a jejich řízení a rozpočetnictví. The bachelor thesis pursue cost management in a selected company. The thesis is divided in two parts: theoretical one and practical one. The theoretical part includes definitions of basic terms, klasifications and comparisons in fields of accounting, costs management and budgeting.
