Abstract:
Účelem této práce je odhalit faktory ovlivňující strukturu a funkčnost podnikových systémů pro měření a řízení výkonnosti a zhodnotit dopad těchto systémů na výkonnost podniku. Využité metody zahrnují faktorovou analýzu metodou PCA a vícenásobnou lineární regresi metodou stepwise. Bylo identifikováno několik faktorů ovlivňujících strukturu a funkčnost. The purpose of this thesis is to uncover the factors impacting the structure and function of business performance measurement and management systems and to evaluate the impact of said systems on business performance. The methods used include a factor analysis using the PCA method and a multiple linear regression using the stepwise method.
