Abstract:

Moje diplomová práce přinesla pohled na problematiku řízení rizik bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci (BOZP). Šlo o téma, kterému je potřeba v každé firmě věnovat dostatečnou pozornost, a to zvláště pokud jde o obor stavebnictví. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, a to teoreticko-metodologické a aplikační. V první části jsem se zaměřila na vysvětlení, co je vůbec BOZP, nastínila problematiku, přesunula se k významu BOZP a věnovala se tomu, co obnáší systém bezpečnosti práce podle OHSAS 18 001. V druhé části, tedy aplikační, jsem představila blíže podnik Trepart s.r.o., objasnila jsem požadavky na systém managementu BOZP, jako například všeobecné požadavky, politiku BOZP, identifikaci rizik, hodnocení míry rizika, stanovení opatření k odstranění rizik a následnou kontrolu rizik. Hlavním cílem mé práce bylo poukázat na to, že řízení rizik BOZP patří ke klíčovým činnostem v managementu podniku Trepart s.r.o. a výsledkem je snížení možných rizik na pracovišti. Dílčím cílem bylo prokázat důležitost a možný dopad jednotlivých rizik v souvislosti se stanovenými cíli a programy bezpečnosti práce. V závěru diplomové práce jsem shrnula všechny zjištěné poznatky, které z této práce vyplynuly.

Abstract:

My thesis has brought perspective on the issue of risk management safety and health (OSH). It was a topic that it is needed to pay a sufficient attention to in every company, especially with regard the construction industry. The work consists of two parts, theoretical-methodological and application. In the first part I focused on explaining what is actualy OSH, outlined the issue and moved to the importance of OSH and devoted to what belongs to the safety system by OHSAS 18 001. In the second part, thus application, I closer introduced the Trepart Ltd. company, I clarified the requirements for occupational health and safety management system, such as general requirements, health and safety policy, risk identification, assessment of the risk, determining measures to eliminate risks and follow-up risks. The main goal of my work was to point out that health and safety risk management are key activities in the Trepart Ltd. management and the outcome is to reduce potential risks at the workplace. Partially it was about to demonstrate the importance and potential impact of individual risks in relation to the objectives and programs of work safety. In conclusion, the thesis summarizes all the findings, which result from this work.
